Insert the DataTraveler into the Mac OS X machine and wait for it to mount. Click on the 'GO' option on the menu bar. Double-click on Utilities (If you do not see Utilities, double-click on Applications and then double-click on the Utilities folder.) Double-click on the Disk Utility icon.

With the release of macOS Catalina 10.15, support for 32bit applications has been removed from the operating system. DataLocker recommends updating your device if available to at least the minimum version shown above to remove the message. If the device is not on the compatible list, then DataLocker recommends staying on macOS 10.14 until a compatible device can be purchased. All devices can still be used on 10.13 and 10.14 by dismissing the message shown.

Datalocker will continue to provide limited support for devices on compatible operating systems, but customers should be aware of the limitations set forth by the OS.
